Annual Conference
A student conference will be scheduled late in the winter term, towards the end of April. All students, both full-time and part-time, must attend 100% of the presentations.
All students are required to make a presentation on their research during the conference. As a general rule, Master’s students will prepare poster presentations and Doctoral students will make oral presentations.
All presentations will be discussed and prepared in co-ordination with the students’ respective supervisors. Supervisors will make the final determination as to whether a poster or an oral presentation is required of a student.
A committee of professors will judge the presentations and declare the three best presentations at the end of the conference. Winning students will recevie an award.
