Admission Queries - how to apply
CRE Supporting documents:
- Unofficial academic transcripts for each post-secondary institution you have attended. Please include degree certificates if degree conferral is not stated on your transcript – forward to cregrad.admission@dal.ca (If you are accepted for admission, your final and official transcripts will be required within 90 days of the start of your program)
- Two Confidential Letters of Reference. See the Faculty of Graduate Studies website for more information on the Electronic Reference (e-ref) system.
- Personal Statement – forward to cregrad.admission@dal.ca
- C.V. (Resume) – forward to cregrad.admission@dal.ca
- English Language Competency-If you speak English as an additional language, results to verify your English proficiency must be provided to the Faculty of Graduate Studies before you start your program. You will not be able to register for classes until your ESL scores are verified. To do this: Send your verifiable ESL test results as PDF documents to graduate.studies@dal.ca. Request your testing centre make your results accessible to Dalhousie University.

Be sure that all of your documents arrive before the application deadline. Applications will not be reviewed until all documents have been received. Once accepted, students must confirm or decline the offer of admission by emailing the CRE Office at cregrad.admission@dal.ca
