The Technical Services Unit is responsible for the preventative and reactive maintenance, installation and upgrades of clinic and dental lab equipment and systems.
Problems with clinic or lab equipment, including the services required to operate the equipment (air, water, suction, electricity) should be reported to Technical Services by submitting a ticket to the online Equipment Repair Request system.
