Faculty of Computer Science New Student Ice Cream Socials (All Students)
Join the Faculty of Computer Science for an exciting and engaging New Student Ice Cream Social event in September. This event is exclusively designed for our incoming computer science students to foster connections, build friendships, and kickstart your university journey on the right foot.
During the ice cream socials, you'll have the opportunity to meet and interact with fellow students, faculty members, and staff in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The Faculty’s student societies, the Computer Science Society (CSS) and the Women in Technology (WITS), will also be present to showcase the diverse opportunities that they can offer you throughout your degree. Get to know your future classmates, hear from experienced upper-year students about their university experiences, and learn valuable tips and insights to thrive in your computer science program, while enjoying some delicious ice cream from Marble Slab Creamery.
