Award-winning profs
Dr. Stan Matwin, Director of the Institute for Big Data Analytics is one of the recipients of the Government of Canada's recent $13.2 million investment to support researchers. Dr. Matwin's work on the Artificial Intelligence meets Ocean Science (AIOS) will address many challenges related to the ocean, including the tracking of marine life in a non-intrusive manner.
