On March 22, 2023, Spanish students met at the kitchen of Dalhousie International Centre to learn how to cook traditional Spanish dishes. Spanish students and attendees participated in making Pan de Jamón (Venezuela), Guacamole (México), Choclo con Huancaína (Perú) and Causa Limeña( Perú) with the help of Spanish faculty members. Students also enjoyed the Salsa lesson from Latispánica Cultural Association.
