Lecture and Launch of the Glyn Berry Scholarship, with David Malone
David Malone, current President of the International Development Research Centre and soon to be the Rector of the United Nations University in Tokyo, will deliver the Glyn Berry Lecture on 'The UN Security Council: Boom or Bust?'
This lecture will also mark the launch of the Glyn Berry doctoral scholarship here at Dalhousie.
