In Liberia, Prof. Tasker held meetings with representatives from civil society organizations, police, magistrates, and prosecutors, and validation workshops to discuss earlier research with groups of war-affected women in Montserrado, Bong, and Nimba counties. In Rwanda, she met with colleagues from HEAL Africa-Goma, to kick off new research into the impacts of forced displacement on women's legal decision-making following sexual and gender-based violence.
