Located on Dalhousie’s beautiful Agricultural Campus in Truro, NS, you will get to explore the outdoors and interact with our natural environment. Learn how to take field samples and analyse them yourself in our state-of-the-art laboratories.
Our entomological wet, dry and dedicated teaching collections contain more than 31,567 identified insect specimens from the Maritime Provinces, South America and Britain. Our herbarium houses more than 13,000 specimens with a specialized quick reference collection designed for hands-on learning.
