Virtual Book Club: 
"What Got You Here Won't Get You There" by Marshal Goldsmith

How does it work? 

Colleagues who are interested in joining the virtual book club will have access to a Microsoft Teams group where they can maintain an ongoing open communication in the format of a discussion board. On weekly basis, the group will meet in a pre-defined date, time and a duration which they will agree on. Each meeting will be moderated by one person who volunteers to lead the next meeting. The book we are choosing is “What Got You Here, Won’t Get You There: How Successful People Become Even More Successful” by Marshal Goldsmith. This book is available on our online learning platform, Percipio, in an e-book format and audio book format in which you will have the option to chose which you are more comfortable with.
