Six B.Sc Ag / B.Tech Environmental Horticulture students are presenting their independent research projects on November 27th.
Three students are enrolled in the B.Sc Honours option, and three others are enrolled in a two-semester independent study. Topics include: indoor vertical farming, plant-pollinator interactions, antimicrobial properties of fish slime, antimicrobial properties of essential oil impregnated chitosan films, plant response to chitosan amendments, and predatory insect behaviour.
