You are invited to register for “Facilitation Skills – Running Effective Meetings”. This is a 2 hours training session designed and facilitated by Scott Comber, PhD, Assistant Professor in Dalhousie’s Faculty of Management. The session is designed for Committees Chairs, Department Heads, Chairs and Directors.
The objectives of this session will be to focus on developing the facilitation skills that move people to action:
1. Moving groups of people forward during change; 2. Running highly effective meetings that result in action / progress.
