Position: Part-Time Academic – Fall 2018 – PHLA 3001 - Animal Ethics
Department: Department of Business & Social Sciences
Pay Rate: In accordance with CUPE Collective Agreement
Work Assignment: This instructor will teach PHLA 3001 - Animal Ethics, for the period of September – December 2018. This course is currently scheduled for Mondays/Wednesdays, 10:05-11:25 lectures. The instructor will be responsible for all aspects of teaching and administering the class, including lectures, test and exam preparation and evaluation. The position reports to the Chair of the Department.
Requirements: Teaching experience at a University Level an asset; at least a Masters Degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience and professional qualifications with a background in ethics, demonstrated teaching effectiveness and excellent interpersonal skills with students and Faculty.
