Innovations in Agri‑Education Symposium II

Posted by Stephanie Rogers on March 23, 2018 in Events

Members of the Faculty of Agriculture (faculty, staff, and graduate students) are invited to attend the second annual symposium on teaching/learning innovations in Agri-Education. Come learn that colleagues on our campus are doing. It promises to be a stimulating time of both sharing, discussion and PD!!

The morning starts off with coffee (plan to arrive 9:45 to sign in and get your coffee/tea). The day will feature 10 different innovations using a 6 minute ‘snapper’ format. There will be time to allow Q&A and more detailed discussion with the innovators after the presentations. Topics  include the Dal-AC Outdoor Classroom, Farm Centre Learning Exhibit, Youtube instructional videos and much more!

The Dean has graciously agreed to provide a working lunch for the first 50 registrants.

There are 15 spots remaining!  Please register by May 9th.
