Soccer

All-Canadian Sian Rankin (DAL AC Striker) and one of two All-Canadians from the ACAA received her All-Canadian Award at the 2016 CCAA Women’s Soccer National Championship Awards Banquet in Montreal on Tuesday Nov 8.

Cross Country

DAL AC Rams women’s team competed in the CCAA National Cross Country Championships at Sault College in Sault Ste Marie Ontario on Saturday Nov 12^th.  There was a total of 103 runners in the 5 K Race – 16 teams (usually with six runners and four of six counting for team results) and individuals.

The Rams overall placings were as follows:  Lily Forsythe 22:46 (85^th);  Danielle Albers 23:10 (89^th); Cassidy Bradley 23:30 (91^st); Emily Sutherland 25:04 (98^th) Lindsay Cameron 26:03 (100^th); Shannon O’Connor 26:20 (102^nd) As a Team, the Rams (top four runners counting) finished 15^th. The 5 km was held at Crimson Ridge Golf Course in Sault Ste Marie.  Congrats to Coach Galloway-Jones and Team on a good season and for representing DAL AC and the ACAA at CCAA’s!
