The Agricultural EHS Committee is new on the Agricultural Campus and had its first meeting on Wednesday, October 26th. Rules of procedure, membership, legislative functions and upcoming EHS committee training were some of the agenda items discussed.
With a purpose to cooperatively engage employees and employers on matters related to occupational health and safety, the Agricultural EHS Committee assists the University in creating and maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
The Agricultural EHS Committee replaces the former Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committees (JOHSC) that served the campus - thank you to all who served.
The Agricultural EHS Committee minutes of meeting and membership list will be made available to you via your unit/department's EHS bulletin board.
