Free Lunch time Fitness Classes! Come try it out!

Lunch Time Fitness –is a group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. These fitness classes get fast results and create a supportive and motivational community of like-minded people

Join us at the Langille Athletic Centre on Wednesday September 7th and Friday September 9th for two Free Lunch Time Fitness Classes! Everyone is welcome.

Classes start at 12:05!
