Join us for Lunch Time Fitness with SJM Fitness at the Langille Athletic Centre

We will be offering a short program lunch time fitness to try on!  Only $47.00

August 3 – 19

Lunch Time Fitness is a group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. These fitness classes get fast results and create a supportive and motivational community of like-minded people. All of our classes encourage all levels of experience to attend!!
