It’s Your Chance to Help Make Your Community Healthier!
The Community Health Boards of Colchester East Hants and Cumberland are preparing to write our next Community Health Plan. With that mind, we want to talk to our communities about ways to help individuals, and the places we live, be healthier into the future.
As part of the information gathering, the CHBs are conducting an online survey as one way to learn about the health needs in our community. We are looking for your input and ideas that will help us understand the people in our communities and their vision for health. The purpose of your Community Health Boards is to be your voice – we need to hear from you so we can inform the Nova Scotia Health Authority about your health promotion priorities.
Completing the survey should take less than 15 minutes and the responses will be kept private and confidential. The survey is available at:
http://www.cehha.nshealth.ca/docs/2015/community_health_survey.pdf
Once you have completed the survey, be sure to enter your name for the chance to win a prize (ballot email is on the introductory page)!
There will also be paper copies of the survey made available for those who may not have access to the internet. If you wish to get a copy of the survey, please call one of the Community Health Board Coordinators: Colchester East Hants Areas: 902-893-1374 or 902-893-7311 or in Cumberland: 902-661-1429.
