Wellness Coaching is all about getting you from where you are now to where you want to be!
DAL AC Athletic Dept have hired a Wellness Coach to assist students and LAC members in this path.
Sara Mills who has a good number of years in the industry will help you define a goal and a series of activity/lifestyle events/changes designed specifically for you. She will work with student services and athletics staff on campus to ensure we have the best opportunities possible for students to develop personally while achieving academic success.
