Saltwater Assistant Site Managers

Come join our team where you will work and live in a year round adventure playground. We are seeking several Assistant Managers to lead our saltwater farm sites. We are located on beautiful Vancouver Island where we produce high quality Atlantic salmon. We are ranked #1 for Sustainability. To prove this, we maintain several international certification standards along with an award winning safety culture.

As an Assistant Site Manager you will lead the team of technicians through all site activities at your sea farm. Your objective will be to optimize production while maintaining operational standards and excellent fish health. You will work an eight day shift at a site off the coast with company transportation provided from most major centres on the north island.

Your Qualifications
• One or more complete cycles of fish production including smolt entry, bloom season, and harvest
• Preference will be given to candidates with salmon production experience and/or related post-secondary education
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster an efficient and safe team
