Joy Galloway-Jones, who so valiantly lead the Brightspace training effort over the past six months, has come to the end of her term with the Brightspace implementation team.
Joy was originally hired in a term position with Library ITS to assist in the migration from Moodle to BbLearn. With the decision by Dalhousie to implement a new learning environment, Brightspace, Joy's efforts reverted to the challenge of preparing faculty and staff to operate within the new environment in September.
We were fortunate to have her energy, skills and enthusiasm directed here on campus as we dealt with the change in systems. She will be missed in the Educational Technology & Design unit and we would like to take this opportunity to thank her and commend her for her efforts over the past 12 months.
