Sat, Oct 17 ACAA Race at Brookvale Park in Crapaud PE hosted by Holland College
The women's team finished 2nd while the men were short a runner and so competed as individuals. For the women, Hannah Arseneault continued her two year undefeated streak with a 21:59 minute time on a challenging course. ACAA Championships are set for the same course this Saturday Oct 24.

Eighty-one Runners took part in Rocky's Run on Saturday Oct 17 at 10 am. An annual event during Homecoming Weekend, the run attracts numerous alumni , RNS members from various parts of the province and local runners of all levels. The winning time for the men's division was 16:28 (Donald Rasmussen) while, the top female broke the tape at 19:19 (Emily Hamilton). Alumni was represented with 6 runners with the top alumni runner being Audrie-Jo McConkey.

Alumni Men's Basketball Game
This year's men's basketball team took on a determined alumni team Saturday afternoon. Leading the Alumni were Marcus MacLean (30), Brad MacGregor (16) Thomas Teakles (10)

The Rams had good performances from Jay Ji (21), Brian Sawler (18) and Isaac Bokma (10) The alumni have bragging rights with a 72-65 win.
The Rams have another exhibition game on Oct 24 - 2 pm when a Senior team from Halifax plays the Rams as they prepare for their season opener on Oct 31st against Holland College.
