February is Move More Month at Dalhousie. Please join us at one of the free classes below and move more in Feruary!

Free Zumba Flex - February 4th at 6:15PM

Free Zumba Class - February 10th  at 6:15PM

Free Lunch Time Fitness - February 20th at 12:00 noon

Zumba - This class fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a high energy, calorie blasting, total body dance based workout. Zumba® is a great mix of Latin flavor and international beats designed to tone your body from head to toe.

Lunch Time Fitness –is a group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. These fitness classes get fast results and create a supportive and motivational community of like-minded people.
