The Senate Committee on Fisheries and Oceans was in Nova Scotia last week hearing expert testimony regarding the state of aquaculture in Canada.
They called three scientists to be witnesses for Nova Scotia and all three were Dalhousie Faculty members. This further demonstrates that Dalhousie has an outside reputation as being leaders in the region on aquaculture science.
Dr. Jim Duston (Faculty of Agriculture), Dr. Sarah Stewart-Clark (Faculty of Agriculture) and Dr. Jon Grant (Faculty of Science).
