Guidance on the Promotion and Tenure Process at Faculty of Agriculture

Professional Development Session on Campus – date change.

This is the second of a three part series this Spring on Enhancing the Learning and Teaching Culture at Faculty of Agriculture

The first was led by Dr. Suzanne Sheffield on the Teaching Accomplishments and the Dossier.

This second session will provide an overview of experience with and guidance in submitting to the Promotion and Tenure Committee.

The third session will include a sharing of drafts of dossiers for a community of learners to improve their materials before submitting to P&T.

We have a great group of presenters for the Second Session on Guidance on the Promotion and Tenure Process at Faculty of Agriculture

·         Chris Cutler, Reflections on the experience with developing the dossier and with  the P&T committee

·         Vilis Nams, Guidance on what works well and what does not when preparing and presenting materials to the Promotions and Tenure Committee

·         Dean David Gray, A Dean’s perspective on the P&T process at the Faculty of Agriculture
