Jessica Compagnon is the winner of the 2014 Health Education Award

The Health Education Award recognizes a student, who through the creative use of resources, has worked to enhance the quality of student life and development on campus.

Jessica is currently serving as VP Internal Affairs for DASA and has been instrumental in getting our campus involved in an Alcohol and Sexual Assault Awareness study.  She is currently working on a mental health campaign through the DSU and Students Nova Scotia and is coordinating the hiring of students to make this mental health campaign even bigger. She can frequently be seen around campus putting up posters to encourage positive health education.

Congratulations!

(L to R) Jessica Compagnon, Niroshaathevi Arumuggam, a student in the leadership program and Lugene Young.
