Evening Fitness – October 15 – November 14 $82.50 (T-W-TH) – 15 Classes
Drop in Rate -$10/class
Min number required – Please register at the Athletic Centre by October 11th
Classes will not be held on Remembrance Day
Chisl’d – lead by SJM Fitness Pro
This workout challenges all of your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls. The class will focus on high repetition movements with low weight loads. This will help you achieve strength and introduce lean body muscle conditioning.
Zumba – lead by SJM Fitness Pro
This class fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a high energy, calorie blasting, total body dance based workout. Zumba is a great mix of Latin flavor and international beats designed to tone your body from head to toe.
Fitness Bootcamps – lead by SJM Fitness Pro
This fitness boot camp is a group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. The class is designed in a way that will push participants harder than they'd push themselves.
