Re: Appointment of Dr. Nancy Pitts as Assistant Dean, International.
I am pleased to announce the re-appointment of Dr. Nancy Pitts as the Assistant Dean, International, for the Faculty of Agriculture for an additional 3-year term, effective April 1, 2013.
Dr. Pitts has done outstanding work in the position which has led to a growth in our activities and recognition in the international arena. The role is a vital one to our campus. Our international connections represent an essential part of who we are as a Faculty of Agriculture, from student enrollment to research and development projects. Dr. Pitts’ careful oversight and capable management of these activities contributes in a major way to the success we have achieved. I know you will want to join me in congratulating her on this re-appointment.
