Posted by Stephanie Rogers on March 18, 2013 in News

Chris Hartt successfully defended his thesis entitled "The Non-Corporeal Actant as a Link between Actor-Network Theory and Critical Sensemaking: A Case Study of Air Canada."

Chris was awarded a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration on March 14, without revisions. In the word of Dr. Kevin Vessey, Dean of Graduate Studies, to get through without any revisions is "unprecedented."

Chris was supervised by Jean Helms Mills and the External Examiner was Dr. Bill Cooke, Head of Department of Organization, Work & Technology at Lancaster University in the UK.

Dr.Hartt was recently appointed an Assistant Professor at Dalhousie University's Truro business department.
