The Truro and District Chamber of Commerce is inviting young entrepreneurs (whether already in business or thinking of getting into business) to come out and hear from various organizations about what resources are available to you. Short presentations will be given by the Truro and District Chamber of Commerce, the Colchester Regional Development Agency, Business Development Bank of Canada and the Community Business Development Corporation on the resources available right here to existing and budding entrepreneurs. Questions and answer session will follow the presentations.
Date: Tuesday, October 16th
Location: Marigold Cultural Centre (Lunch in the lobby and presentations in the theatre)
Time: Lunch begins at 12 noon and presentations will start around 12:20 pm (Lunch is being provided by KFC/Taco Bell, Truro & Stewiacke)
There is no cost to attend this event but registration is required. Please register by calling 895-6328 or by emailing events@trurochamber.com. Join us for an hour or so of networking and valuable information on doing business in the Truro/Colchester Region.
Please note: there is no age limit to attend this event. While we are targeting young entrepreneurs, you are more than welcome to come out and hear the presentations, regardless of age.
