New pay stub information for employees at the Agricultural Campus

On Thursday, October 4, most employees at the Agricultural Campus will receive their first pay from Dalhousie University.

It is important to note that there are two minor changes that you will see on your pay stub. While the same premium will be deducted for your Medavie Blue Cross benefit, it will now be broken into two amounts, one for medical and one for dental. Your benefits have not changed.

Also, your income tax deduction will be the same amount; however you will see two deductions as Dalhousie splits the Federal and Provincial portions. Your net pay will be the same. Neither of these changes increases your deductions.

How to access Dal Online to view your pay stub:

1.       Log in to Dal Online directly or from the Dalhousie website.

2.       Choose Login from the left side bar.

3.       Enter your NetID and password.

4.       Select Web for employees/Pay Information/Pay Stub.

5.       Select 2012/Display/October 4, 2012, and you will see the details of your pay stub.
