We are pleased to welcome Dr. Emily-Cushon from the University of Florida who will speak on the topic Addressing dairy calf behavioral needs to improve lifelong welfare, where she will focus on how we can consider and accommodate dairy calf behavior to improve welfare, and how we can use novel approaches to measure animal behavior as an indicator of animal welfare.
