Finance Manager
Natalie serves as the legacy expert within International (Truro) celebrating over 28 years as a staff member at the Faculty of Agriculture of Dalhousie University and formally the Nova Scotia Agricultural College (NSAC). Following her contribution to the growth and development of several departments on campus, she commenced work within the Finance office of International in early 2001. As Finance Manager, Natalie brings a wealth of knowledge in accounting, administration and project management for Higher Education and ensures all projects and programmes of the unit are delivered in accordance to the unique requirements of international funders. Natalie has worked on projects across the globe including The Gambia, Ghana, Tanzania, Kenya, Cambodia, China, Vietnam, Estonia, Ethiopia, Uganda, Saint Kitts & Nevis, Dominica, Saint Vincent & the Grenadines, and recently Saint Lucia. Providing key expertise to ensure the timely and cost effective delivery of International initiatives, Natalie starts her work at the design stages, continues to act as a core member of inception missions and Project Management Teams and follows through with completion of end project reporting and comprehensive audits. Having developed a professional acumen that is widely respected throughout the University for her attention to detail and accounting prowess have ensured the success of International (Truro) over the years. Natalie continues to share her experience and expertise assisting other institutions in their development as an instructor of Financial Management, Accounting, Business Development and Ethics within international projects.
