Please note that the room assignments are on a first come, first serve basis and are limited. Therefore, we encourage you to please book your accommodations as soon as possible. |
Important Accommodation Notice
Please note that the conference is being held during the peak tourist season. A block of hotel rooms has been secured in both Halifax and Charlottetown for the meeting. Attendees are strongly encouraged to make their reservations as soon as possible. Efforts will be made to secure additional hotel rooms if required, but notice has been given that this may be difficult given the post-COVID increase in tourist activities.
