Student Poster Competition: 
 

We are pleased to announce that in collaboration with the Department of Industrial Engineering, the Atlantic chapter of CORS/SCRO is organizing and hosting the 2024 Designing Productivity conference in Halifax on June 21^st 2024. The event will be held in the Irving Oil Auditorium, Richard Murray Design Building, 5257 Morris street Halifax. 

Please contact ieng@dal.ca for submission of abstracts.

Authors of selected abstracts will be asked to prepare a poster with approximate dimensions 121.92 x 91.44 cm.

 Important Poster Competition dates:

Deadline for abstract submission: May 23, 2024 @23:59 anywhere on earth.
Notification of acceptance: May 25, 2024.
Deadline for final poster submission: June 16, 2024 @23:59 anywhere on earth

Accepted posters will be printed by us and displayed in the Atrium of the Irving Auditorium. Authors will just need to show up and present their work.A student poster competition sponsored and organized by A-CORS will feature among the numerous activities taking place during the conference. We are inviting you to encourage your students to participate in the poster competition. 

Sponsorship Packages:

This year we are looking to expand our reach and are looking for key businesses in our community to help sponsor to allow for event growth. This year’s conference is scheduled for June 21st, 2024, at Dalhousie University.

Presenting Sponsor- $10,000 (1 Only)

• Premium logo placement at the event, in event program, digital media coverage, on promotional material and on registration page.
• Ability to set up information table or other promotional materials about current operations or projects during event.
• Invitation for 4 staff members to attend the conference.

Platinum Sponsor- $5,000 (2 Available)

• Premium logo placement at the event, in event program, digital media coverage and on promotional material.
• Invitation for 3 staff members to attend the conference.

Gold Sponsor- $3000

• Logo placement at the event, in event program, digital media coverage and on promotional material.
• Invitation for 2 staff members to attend the conference.

Silver Sponsor- $2000

• Logo placement at the event, in event program, digital media coverage and on promotional material.
• Invitation for 1 staff member to attend the conference.
