Elaine Skene

I graduated from Dalhousie with a Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation, and I am interested in helping people improve their quality of life and well-being. I completed an internship in a hospital setting where I worked with adults who have various health conditions and I have also worked in health research looking at factors that affect healthy aging. I am presently working in the Cognitive Health and Recovery Research Laboratory focusing on the effects of a computerized mental exercise program on working memory for people who have had a stroke.
