Study of Na(x)CrO2

Our recent work on Na_xCrO₂ led to surprises!  A fundamentally safe positive electrode material!

Self-heating rate vs. T of Na_0.5CrO₂ in solvents and electrolytes¹. This material shows virtually no reactivity meaning it could be one electrode in a SAFE Na-ion Battery.
