By‑Laws

By-laws of this organization have been divided into two parts. Part A are those provisions which will be of particular interest to most members. These by-laws will be made available to each member on request.

Part B of the by-laws contain supplementary provisions as recommended by the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies, administrator of this legislation. These 41 provisions are more detailed and do not have common application to the Association. These by-laws are available for viewing to each member at the office of the Association.

As well, the Memorandum of Association and the Societies Act will be available for viewing at the office of the Association during normal business hours.
