Nature Awards is pleased to announce its program for Inspiring Women in Science, which celebrates the outstanding achievements of women in STEM.  

There are two categories: Scientific Achievement, which celebrates and supports talented researchers; and Science Outreach, which promotes initiatives advancing women (or girls) in STEM. A winner in each category will receive $50,000 to advance their research/initiative along with coverage on nature.com. Two Runners-Up will also get $5,000 each.

Applications can be submitted online. Deadline is April 9, 2025.

Candidates can apply directly, and the opportunity is restricted to those who've achieved their Ph.D. since December 31, 2015.
