CIRA’s Net Good Grants

CIRA’s Net Good Grants is excited to announce our upcoming call for applications to fund community-led internet projects that build a resilient, trusted and secure internet for all Canadians. CIRA’s Net Good Grants empower organizations across the country to do the critical work that connects communities.

Join our live webinar on March 4 (English) or March 5 (French) to learn more about the program, eligibility requirements and application process.

Here are the key details:

  • Applications open March 3
  • Deadline is April 9 at 3:00 p.m. AST
  • Up to $100,000 per project
  • We fund projects relating to infrastructure, policy engagement and online safety (read more about the kinds of projects we fund)
  • We prioritize projects that benefit Northern, rural and Indigenous communities and students (K-12 and post-secondary)
  • Non-profits, registered charities, Indigenous communities and academic institutions are eligible to apply
