Funding, News and Announcements

The 2025-26 competition for the Short-Term Exchange Program (SEP), funded by Global Affairs Canada, is now open. This program continues to have the shared goal of promoting partnerships, student mobility, and research collaboration between Canadian and international post-secondary institutions.

The following scholarship programs are open for application:

1. Study in Canada (SIC)
2. Emerging Leaders in the Americas Program (ELAP)

Faculty interested in hosting students through either of these programs should contact ors.int@dal.ca for more information.

Please note that foreign students and faculty cannot apply directly for these awards. Applications will be facilitated by the Office of Research Services. Dal supervisors must contact ORS for a copy of the application and instructions on how to apply.

The internal deadline to submit the application package, including all supporting documents, is February 25, 2025.
