Nanyang Technological University, Singapore is calling Early Career Female Scientists to join them at GLOW 2024, the GLObal Conference for Women Leaders and Emerging Researchers in Materials Science, an inaugural conference from 9 to 11 July 2024 on their campus as they celebrate the achievements of women in materials science and chart a course for further empowerment.

This unique conference aims to shine a spotlight on the remarkable contributions of women leaders while providing a platform for emerging researchers to showcase their talents and form meaningful connections within the field. Participants will explore the latest advancements and emerging trends in materials science, spanning:

• Characterization
• Energy
• Healthcare
• Machine learning and AI
• Nanomaterials
• Sustainability

The event will feature talks by eminent women leaders in Materials Science, a series of talks by young scientists from different parts of the world, as well as poster sessions and networking opportunities for students and young scientists. Early career female scientists (final year of PhD candidature up to 8 years after PhD) are encouraged to apply for the prestigious travel grant by May 25th 2024. The poster abstract submission is due on May 30th 2024.
