This call seeks bold ideas to support Ghana’s ambition to increase access to quality maternal and newborn health (MNH) services. These innovative solutions are expected to improve patient referrals, increase accessibility & availability of patient transport, improve delivery of quality emergency MNH services, and/or increase availability of essential MNH medicines and supplies.

Successful proposals will be awarded seed grants of CAD $200,000 to CAD $250,000 for a period of 12 to 18 months to develop and test the proposed innovation.

Organizations incorporated in North, West, East, Central and Southern Africa are eligible to apply, as well as Canadian institutions.
