Mitacs is launching two new GRA opportunities through new partnerships in Israel and Singapore.

Mitacs is currently offering opportunities for Canadian master’s and PhD students, and postdocs to participate in projects through AI Singapore. These awards are valued at $12,000 for 24 week visits. The following projects are open for applications:

• Model Builder
• Auto Labeling Toolkit
• Transferability of pre-trained language-agnostic models for core NLP tasks
• Federated Learning
• TCM Medicine & Prescription Recommender System

Mitacs has also developed a partnership with the Council for Higher Education in Israel, which will lead to future international mobility opportunities for PhD students and postdocs between Israel and Canada. Learn more here.
