It’s time to start sharing the great news! The official, public announcement of the Storytellers 2019 Top 25 finalists is now live on the SSHRC website.

We hope you will share this news at your universities and research communities in the coming weeks. To help you do your promotion, SSHRC has developed a toolkit where you can find images, links and other documents.

During the Congress of the Humanities and Social Sciences, SSHRC will be sharing the Storytellers Showcase through social media.

• SSHRC will promote one finalist each day starting April 29, which will bring us to Congress.
• We will create a Facebook event for all those attending the Congress to join on June 3 at 9:00 a.m. Pacific.
• We want to bring the Congress experience to everyone across Canada, as if they were in the room! The Storytellers Showcase will be broadcast live on June 3 at 9 a.m. Pacific via Facebook Live. We encourage you to schedule a viewing where the finalist’s colleagues, teachers, faculty members and others can cheer them on from online. You can leave encouraging Facebook comments during the broadcast. The finalists will certainly appreciate them.

Don’t forget to use the hashtags #SSHRCStorytellers and #congressh in your social media posts. We want to be able to share your content.
