The Stem Cell Network (SCN) is pleased to launch a new funding competition to support high-quality translational research and clinical trials in stem cell and regenerative medicine research. The competition opened August 8, and will run through to October 16, 2017. SCN anticipates awarding approximately $4 million through this peer-reviewed competition. The funding will support novel research that will ultimately realize both health and economic benefits for Canadians.

Call for Proposals for all funding programs will be open until October 16, 2017. All proposals will be peer reviewed and results of the competitions will be announced in early 2018, upon approval by SCN’s Board of Directors.

Please note, funding is dependent on the completion of SCN’s federal contribution agreement with the Government of Canada.
