The Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA) has launched its Research Assistance Program.  It seeks to provide an avenue for joint and research projects and sharing of experiences between Canada and Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC), towards fostering sustainable, productive and competitive agriculture in the hemisphere.

Grants of up to $5,000 are available, for projects of 3 months’ duration.  More details and links to the application can be found online here.
