France‑Canada Research Fund (FCRF)

Posted by Suman Jha on October 3, 2016 in Research Funding

A call for proposals has been issued by the France Canada Research Fund (FCRF), for 2017-19.  The FCRF promotes and finances new research projects in all academic fields, jointly developed by French and Canadian teams that have never worked together before. Funding is awarded to two-year projects in amounts ranging from $8,000 to $15,000. This funding is primarily intended to support the mobility of researchers and their students.

As in previous years, International Research & Development (IR&D) in Dalhousie Research Services will be facilitating Dal applications to the FCRF, and will arrange for internal shortlisting of proposals (if required).

Any faculty member interested in submitting a proposal is asked to contact the International Research Facilitator (jennifer.morawiecki@dal.ca) for further information and support in preparing an application.

Deadline: 10 November 2016
