Contestants must submit a video featuring a research project or initiative funded by NSERC and carried out at the institution at which the Contestant is enrolled at the time of submission.

Submissions must include one (1) video that tells a compelling research story in sixty (60) seconds or less, along with a written description of no more than 100 words that describes the research to Canadians.
